Overcoming the assessments from the valuation Council as well as prestigious experts, T&T Group has won the award titled the fastest growing business in Vietnam in 2018, ranking 6th in the list in FAST500 ranking in 2018. 

FAST500 - Award of the "rising stars"

On April 18th, at the Vietnam National Convention Center, the announcement and honor of the 2018 FAST500 were celebrated. Experiencing eight consecutive years of announcement, FAST500 has marks unstoppable efforts of hundreds of businesses coming from myriad industries which are regarded as the "rising stars" with the role to be the growth motivation of the entire economy.

The rankings of enterprises in the FAST500 are based on the Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) involving revenue and the effectiveness of business performance over the last four years. Additionally, criteria such as total assets, total labor force, profits after tax and business credibility in the media are also used as supporting factors to determine the scale and position of a specific business in its industry.

Enrolling in the 2018 FAST500 are enterprises that are creative and flexible in doing business, know how to take advantage of growth opportunities; thereby, making significant contribution to the overall development of the country's economy. Remarkably, this year's ceremony saw the impressive rise of T&T Group when it ranked sixth among 500 enterprises that were named.

T&T Group: A breakthrough

Founded in 1993, T&T Group is stepping up to become a multinational conglomerate of the international scale with a total assets of nearly VND 15,000 billion and charter capital of VND 8,000 billion. T&T Group's core businesses include Financial Investment, Real Estate Business, Import-Export Trade, Energy Minerals, Transport Infrastructure, Agricultural Business, Investment and Port Business - logistics, manufacturing, assembly as well as Health - Education - Sports.

Before joining the list of fastest growing businesses in 2018, T&T Group is also one of the rare private economic groups honored to receive the First -  Second - Third Labor Medal by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam awarded and T&T Group also received a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister.

After nearly 25 years of construction and development, the year 2017 and 2018 are the breakthrough of T&T Group when it continuously joins hands with a series of "giants" in the world such as Boskalis, Hitachi, and Bouygues to realize the goal of becoming a multi-field corporation and affirming not only its position but also its name in the international market.

Specifically, on 6/2/2018, T&T Group has cooperated with Holland's Boskalis Group in the field of seaports. More than a month later, on March 22nd, T&T Group continues to sign a Memorandum of Understanding on "Investing in the waste-to-electricity projects in Hanoi"  with the giant Hitachi Zosen of Japan.

After that, on March 28th, it was such a surprising news when T&T Group officially cooperated with France's Bouygues Group to launch two blockbuster projects. It is a Memorandum of Understanding to build and renovate Hang Day Stadium in Hanoi with a total capital of EUR 250 million and the project of "Hanoi's Urban Railway Investment No.3" with the total investment value up to EUR 1,4 billion.

The partnership with Bouygues, a French multinational conglomerate with 66 years of experience, the total revenue in 2017 amounting to nearly € 33 billion and its presence in 90 countries, has revealed that T & T Group takes it seriously to enter the big game on the international market.

During the signing ceremony between two corporations at Elysees Palace, French President Emmanuel Macron highly appreciated the partnership between the two leading corporations of the two countries. The French President said that this project is a symbol of the increasing durable cooperation spirit of both countries. Hence, it also demonstrates the cooperation potential of the two countries in the economic field.

In the future, the partnership between T&T Group and Bouygues will focus on not only transport infrastructure and football but also renewable energy and health service. Currently, T&T Group is also achieving initial agreements on the construction of solar power plants in Ninh Thuan, followed by Hospital of Pediatrics in Ho Chi Minh City.

It can be said that T&T Group has been preparing resources and minds to not only become a leading prestigious multi-field corporation in the Vietnam market but also reach out to the global scale. As Chairman Mr. Do Quang Hien emphasized, "Time will certainly not be short but also not be too long for T&T Group to gain the technology, experience and professional management capacity from foreign countries to quickly reach out to the international market ".
