Brisk sales continue through lunchtime

By 10 a.m. on 13 September, more than 500 buyers and investors from Vinh Long and neighbouring provinces and cities had filled the Huong Sen Convention Centre at 315 Pham Thai Buong Street, Phuoc Hau Ward, Vinh Long. Sales remained brisk throughout the launch event, with buyers continuing to secure properties until after 1 p.m.

Nguyen Thi My Hang, an investor from Ho Chi Minh City, said she had been looking forward to the event for months and was determined not to miss out, knowing that only a limited number of homes were available.

“I left my hometown to live in Ho Chi Minh City many years ago. But the congestion and noise have left me longing for a peaceful riverside home back in Vinh Long for my retirement. I’m so glad I didn’t miss this opportunity today,” she said.

Meanwhile, Ly Bao Hien, who lives and works in Can Tho, said he had fallen in love with one of the development’s shophouses at first sight.

Representatives of several sales agencies attributed the project’s appeal to its ability to meet demand for properties with tangible value and clear, complete legal documentation.
