On February 6th, 2018, at the Melia Hanoi Hotel, within the framework of the program named "Forum on the Vietnam's Ports Development and Inland Waterway Transport" which is held on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations establishment between Vietnam and Netherlands, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation as well as the Vietnam's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Bui Thanh Son, T&T Group of Vietnam and Boskalis Group of Netherlands signed the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of seaports. 

Accordingly, with the demand for cooperation in accordance with the policy of building and developing seaports in Vietnam, T&T Group committed to supporting the domestic investment licensing process, creating general planning as well as the future operation development of ports. Boskalis also committed to supplying state-of-the-art technology which is environmentally-friendly to ensure social security. In the forthcoming time, both parties will carry out the necessary procedures and implement the pre-feasibility research of cooperation projects soon. It aims at constructing and developing modern seaports to meet the environmentally, regionally and internationally standards.
