In Dak Lak , T&T Group identifies it as one of the key localities in the Group's long-term investment and business strategy. Particularly, in the context of Dak Lak's merger with Phu Yen province, expanding its development space from the highlands down to the coast, becoming a strategic gateway and transit center for the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions, the province is facing the opportunity to form a new inter-regional economic space, with a great demand for urban development, infrastructure, services, and energy…

During the meeting, T&T Group presented a detailed report on the current state of research and investment proposals for key projects that the company has been and is interested in in Dak Lak, focusing on main areas such as planning, renewable energy, urban real estate, tourism and resorts, agriculture and forestry, and logistics.

In the real estate sector, T&T Group proposes researching and investing in urban and eco-tourism real estate projects such as the Dak Lak Ethnic Cultural and Tourism Eco-Urban Area, the Ea Tam Commercial and Service Urban Area, the Eastern Landmark Urban Area, the Ea Ka Lake Golf Course and Villa Project, etc. T&T Group's projects are researched based on adherence to planning, while also anticipating the increasing demand for urban and service development as Dak Lak expands its development space after the merger, thereby contributing to the formation of new dynamic areas for the locality.

In the energy sector, T&T Group also proposed researching renewable energy projects that align with the Government's sustainable development orientation and exploit the potential and advantages of the locality. Specifically, the Group proposed an investment portfolio including wind and solar power projects in the province with a total expected capacity of approximately 1,500 MW in the period 2026-2030 (approximately 1,500 MW comprising 1,000 MW of wind power and 500 MW of solar power).

At the same time, T&T Group is ready to cooperate with the province in researching options for adjusting the planning, including considering consolidating individual project clusters into large-scale, high-capacity projects, thereby saving land, optimizing transmission infrastructure, reducing costs, and improving investment efficiency.

T&T Group has requested the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee to provide a list of potential areas for research and implementation of renewable energy projects. The Group also commits to coordinating the evaluation and refinement of investment plans to ensure that new projects align with sectoral planning, are feasible in terms of the power grid, and can handle power congestion. Furthermore, the Group proposes including eligible projects in the list of potential projects in the revised Dak Lak Provincial Planning, serving as a basis for future review and approval of supplementary projects. Simultaneously, it suggests applying a mechanism for selecting investors for potential projects based on capacity, experience, and commitment to timelines.

In parallel with the specific proposals mentioned above, based on its strengths and experience in implementing many large projects in fields such as planning, multimodal smart logistics, high-tech agriculture, forestry, etc., T&T Group hopes that Dak Lak province will pay attention and create favorable conditions for the Group to continue exploring, researching, and expanding new investment opportunities, contributing to effectively exploiting the potential, advantages, and strengths of the province, thereby promoting the socio-economic development of the locality.

Long-term cooperation, sustainable development

Appreciating the potential, advantages, and investment environment of Dak Lak, especially in the context of the province expanding its development space after merging with Phu Yen province, the leaders of T&T Group expressed their desire to cooperate with the province in the long term, based on harmoniously exploiting local potential, linking economic development with environmental protection, sustainable development, and improving the quality of life for the people, thereby contributing to enhancing Dak Lak's position in the Central Highlands region and nationwide.

With experience in implementing numerous large-scale projects nationwide, T&T Group affirms its desire to partner with Dak Lak province right from the planning stage, in the spirit of close, systematic, and long-term cooperation, jointly building a comprehensive development vision, effectively exploiting the potential after the merger, aiming for sustainable development and enhancing Dak Lak's position in the Central Highlands region and nationwide.

We aspire to become a strategic investor, partnering with the locality in its long-term development vision, contributing to creating new growth drivers, enhancing competitiveness, and propelling the newly merged Dak Lak province to breakthroughs in the new era of development," Mr. Do Quang Hien affirmed.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province, said that Dak Lak, after the merger, has many potentials, advantages, and room for development, but currently lacks strategic investors.
