T&T Group and Bac Ninh province strengthen investment cooperation, promoting strategic projects.
On the afternoon of June 12th, leaders of Bac Ninh province and T&T Group held a working session to resolve difficulties and promote the implementation of a series of projects covering more than 1,390 hectares in the province.
During the meeting, representatives from T&T Group reported on the progress of projects currently under research and investment in Bac Ninh, including: the construction of the Ngoi Con Ten New Urban Area and a regional-level medical and sports complex (Sub-area 1 with a scale of 355 hectares and Sub-area 2 with a scale of 712 hectares) in Tan Chi and Chi Lang communes; the Ninh Son - Trung Son - Tien Son Cultural and Commercial Service Urban Area project in Van Ha ward (scale of 133.5 hectares); the Ninh Son Service Urban Area in Van Ha ward (scale of 42 hectares); and the Tu Lan - Bich Son - Trung Son Industrial Park (scale of 150 hectares, phase 1). The total proposed area amounts to over 1,390 hectares.

According to a representative from T&T Group, the aforementioned projects are fundamentally consistent with the local development planning orientation; and are currently in the process of completing the legal procedures for investment. However, during this process, there are still some obstacles and difficulties related to the allocation of land use quotas, updating planning, land acquisition lists, urban development programs, housing development programs, as well as procedures for approving investment policies and selecting investors.
Therefore, T&T Group requests that the province and relevant departments and agencies continue to pay attention, provide support and guidance to overcome difficulties, expedite the completion of legal procedures, and create conditions for the projects to be implemented as planned.
During the meeting, the leaders of Bac Ninh province and relevant departments directly addressed the businesses' requests and clarified issues related to planning, land, investment, and administrative procedures.

Regarding projects still facing procedural obstacles, the Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, Pham Hoang Son, instructed relevant agencies to closely coordinate with T&T Group to expedite the appraisal process, complete the necessary documents, and provide advice to include eligible projects in the implementation list in accordance with regulations. He also requested that the time for processing administrative procedures be minimized to facilitate the early implementation of these projects.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee further stated that the difficulties related to planning, urban development programs, housing development programs, and urban spatial development orientation have been basically resolved by the province. Based on this, the province requested T&T Group to continue to cooperate closely, focus intensely on implementation; proactively resolve any arising difficulties and obstacles, and be determined to bring the projects into operation.
T&T is expected to create iconic projects in Bac Ninh.
Speaking at the meeting, Bac Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai expressed his agreement with the contents discussed and agreed upon; and emphasized that Bac Ninh is entering a new phase of development with many important strategic tasks and a strong aspiration to rise. To realize these goals, in addition to the province's determination, the support of large, capable investors with strategic vision, such as T&T Group, is essential.

Sharing the difficulties faced by businesses during project implementation, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that the locality is always committed to supporting businesses, proactively resolving difficulties and obstacles to create favorable conditions for investors to implement projects in accordance with regulations.
The Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee also expressed his hope that T&T Group would continue to pay attention to researching and implementing large-scale projects and iconic constructions in Bac Ninh, commensurate with the status of a leading economic group in Vietnam and of international stature.
