The Public Security Sports team receives a new boost from its cooperation with T&T Group.

On the afternoon of April 24, 2026, in Hanoi, the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association and T&T Group officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation, opening a phase of extensive collaboration to develop People's Public Security sports in a professional, modern, and internationally integrated direction.

The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Vietnam Public Security Sports Association with the participation of Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan - Vice President of the Vietnam Public Security Sports Association; and other leaders of the Association. Representing T&T Group were Mr. Nguyen Tat Thang - Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Do Vinh Quang - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and representatives from various units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan emphasized the role of social mobilization in the development of sports and physical education within the People's Public Security force. He stated that over the years, the Association has continuously promoted its role in connecting and mobilizing resources to organize large-scale sports activities, while simultaneously improving the quality of the movement and competitive achievements.

The Association's leaders also acknowledged the support of the business community, with T&T Group being one of the exemplary partners that has made many practical contributions in the past.

"The signing of this agreement will further lay the foundation for long-term cooperation, meeting the development requirements of the Association in the new phase," Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan emphasized.

According to the agreement, T&T Group will partner with the Vietnam People's Police Sports Association in implementing key activities in 2026, including: coordinating and providing resources for the Association's regular activities; accompanying the People's Police Sports Delegation to the Asian Games in Nagoya (Japan); participating in the Asia-Oceania Police and Emergency Services Games (APES Games) in Queensland (Australia); and coordinating the implementation of training programs to improve the professional skills of the T&T People's Police Table Tennis Club in Jiangxi Province (China).

From the business perspective, Mr. Do Vinh Quang - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group - stated that the 2026 cooperation agreement is an important continuation of the relationship between the two parties, and also opens up a phase of deeper and more sustainable cooperation.

“We have clearly defined our goal as partnering with the Association in developing the sports movement, improving the quality of training, coaching, and competition; thereby contributing to raising the level of achievements of the Public Security sports, aiming for competitiveness in international arenas,” said Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group.

T&T Group Vice Chairman Do Vinh Quang emphasized the practical effectiveness of the cooperation model between the Public Security Sports Association and T&T Group.

 

In fact, the cooperation between the Vietnam People's Police Sports Association and T&T Group since 2024 has quickly yielded outstanding results in many areas. In particular, in table tennis – a prime example of this cooperation model – the T&T People's Police Table Tennis Club has made significant progress, winning 2 Gold and 3 Silver medals at the 2024 National Table Tennis Championship (ranking 3rd overall), and continued its breakthrough in 2025 with 3 Gold and 3 Bronze medals, rising to 2nd place overall. Simultaneously, the team maintained its leading position in youth training, achieving first place overall at national youth, junior, and children's tournaments in both years.

T&T Group founder Do Quang Hien awarded 1.3 billion VND to the T&T Public Security Table Tennis Team for their outstanding performance at the 2025 National Table Tennis Championship.

 

Beyond table tennis, T&T Group also partnered with the Association in organizing the 2025 ASEAN Police and Law Enforcement Football Tournament – ​​a significant international sporting event contributing to strengthening exchanges and cooperation among law enforcement agencies in the region. Simultaneously, the Group also accompanied the Vietnam People's Police Sports Delegation to the World Police and Firefighting Games, where the delegation achieved impressive results with 15 Gold Medals, 4 Silver Medals, and 6 Bronze Medals.

These results not only reflect the practical effectiveness of the partnership between the Vietnam People's Police Sports Association and T&T Group, but also contribute to enhancing the position of People's Police sports, gradually affirming its competitiveness at the regional and international levels.
